The Lone Pig is a bottling of a single barrel of Orange region Chardonnay. Hand-picked and whole-bunch pressed the wine was fermented and matured in a one year old French oak barrel. 2018 was a warm growing season but the cool climate of Orange still gave us a fine wine of restraint and power. This wine was bottled unfiltered so it has a yeast lees deposit. Please stand wine for a few days and decant before serving.
