2015 was a terrific vintage, giving us this deep, dark, cool-climate Shiraz. Plums, raspberries and a modicum of oak combine well in this stylish red. Hand-picked, sorted and plunged, this wine is an excellent expression of the Strawhouse site. Matured in new & older French oak barrels for 18 months, it will age gracefully.
