2022 was a splendid season, cool temperatures and generous rain giving us fruit with flavour & crisp natural acidity. The grapes were hand-picked, whole-bunch pressed and co-fermented in older French oak barrels. Semillon (64%) is in classic lemony, grassy combination with Sauvignon Blanc (36%). May throw a harmless, natural crystal tartrate deposit.
