WINES

Our wines come from the Strawhouse Vineyard, a small dry-grown vineyard which we planted in 1997. Each vintage we make one white and one red. Occasionally we will have other wines - currently we have small quantities of Strawhouse Gold, a late-harvest Semillon and The Fizz Pig, a sparkling wine of some character. The Fizz Pig is crisp and complex; it balances the citrus characters of cool-grown Chardonnay with the yeasty complexity of three years on lees in the bottle.
